Lisa, a sales rep for different companies asked me to try the barbeque sauce she reps from Louisville.  I loved the catchy names and the flavor.   This sauce starts with a richness but finishes with some heat.  It received the 2001 Scovie Award recognized as the top award for spicy foods.  Heat 5/10.
